NC holds an established reputation in the arena of business transformation through right workforce strategy. He has played a key role for a large-scale benchmark ‘workforce management program’for a major Unit in TCS. In an intensively competitive market, he brings with him a rich experience of fulfilling more than 50,000 resources with optimal integration of Hiring, Contract Staffing, Internal resources and other channels. Networking, acquiring niche talent and leadership hiring are his forte.-

Prior to Coplaced, for 22 years, NC was part of diversified organizations in the Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Retail and Information Technology sectors.In his latest stint, NC was Head of Strategic Resource Management Function at TCS for Manufacturing Vertical and was instrumental in achieving remarkable headcount growth with Industry benchmark margins. Previously, he worked with Bosch, an Auto ancillary Unit on its shop floor and ERP implementation. He also played a crucial role in Redington India Limited, an end to end SCM provider in Sales and Distribution of IT hardware & Licensed software. One of his successful IT services delivery was for a large, US based clothing, footwear and accessories Retail chain.

Academically, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering followed by Management Program from Symbiosis (SCMHRD) with top rank, Business Management program from Welingkar Institute of Management and Advance Diploma in Computer Systems and Applications from board of technical education.

His contribution is recognized in numerous forums, including the prestigious ‘Promising Engineer Award’ by the Institution of Engineers, India and honored for heading Best Unit for Talent Management in TCS.

NC is a regular Speaker in Industry – Academia conclaves. He has passion for theatre and acting. NC is an avid runner and follows fitness through cross training His mantra for success is ‘Live focused, StayFit’.
