Sudhir is a Chemical Engineer. His journey started with working in core Chemical industry as a production engineer and later shifted to Information Technology and ERP implementation. In his latest role, he was the Project Delivery Partner for SAP Business One Practice. As a Production Engineer, he was key in optimizing the processes and reducing production cycle time.
Subsequently Sudhir has served his career as a SAP consultant for a longer tenure. He, being a planner, thought leader and key executor in SAP, comes with a successful track record of implementing critical projects. These implementations came up with the change management in various types of industries across the globe and sectors. His key focus area is in smooth transition from legacy systems to new generation products , business requirements analysis and discovering the best-fit solutions.
Sudhir has collective experience of 22 years, wherein, he had the opportunities to serve in the key industry verticals like Manufacturing, Trading, Service Industry, Engineering etc. He believes that prompt and appropriate service to the customer is pivotal in creating the right value proposition.
